  13. Encyclopaedia Britannica, Inc via Parent Power CD-Rom (the 
  14. --- RECORDSEPARATOR ---
  15. ΓÇ£SoftwareΓÇ¥). By clicking the ΓÇ£AcceptΓÇ¥ button below, you accept 
  16. --- RECORDSEPARATOR ---
  17. each of the terms and conditions set out below, including those 
  18. --- RECORDSEPARATOR ---
  19. terms and conditions incorporated by reference.

  21. You agree that the Software is provided to you by Encyclopaedia

  23. Britannica, Inc under the terms of its user agreement with you and

  25. that Use and attempted Use of the Software is at your own risk

  27. and responsibility.  Access to the Software is permitted by TNL via

  29. Parent Power CD-Rom on an ΓÇ£AS ISΓÇ¥ basis and is subject to the

  31. terms and conditions of this agreement and to the terms of the

  33. agreement between you and Encyclopaedia Britannica, Inc in

  35. relation to the Software.

  37. In no event shall Times Newspapers Limited (ΓÇ£TNLΓÇ¥) or any

  39. member of the group of companies of which it forms part, be

  41. liable for any loss or damage arising from Use or attempted Use of 
  42. --- RECORDSEPARATOR ---
  43. the Software.

  45. TNL does not warrant that Use of the Software will not damage 
  46. --- RECORDSEPARATOR ---
  47. your computer equipment, that its operation will be uninterrupted

  49. and error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

  51. TNL has no control over Encyclopaedia Britannica, Inc or

  53. responsibility for the content of the Software, and makes no

  55. representations or warranties about them. Inclusion of the facility

  57. to download the Software from Parent Power CD-Rom does not 
  58. --- RECORDSEPARATOR ---
  59. imply recommendation on the part of TNL.

  61. You agree that TNL is not responsible for inability to Use the 
  62. --- RECORDSEPARATOR ---
  63. Software, or for any errors or omissions, or for the results 
  64. --- RECORDSEPARATOR ---
  65. obtained from Use or attempted Use of the Software.
